Since like forever there has been this HUGE misconception about how weight gainers are key for people who are looking to pack on some weight and grow solid muscle, especially for the people that are considered as 'hard gainers' (this term speaks for its self). I have used a fair share of weight gainers in the past. One thing that I have learned from using such supplements that claimed to help me gain weight. Was that in order for me to continue to get the results I may have been receiving from these supplements at that time, I had to always take those supplements (which was a monthly budget of about $150). Plus, I would eventually lose the results I was getting when I would stop taking them. I want to make this clear and direct as possible. Taking supplements that are claimed to help you pack on pounds of muscle, get ultra ripped, and other hyped up claims CAN in fact help you get the results you want with your body. But just know that these results that weight gainers supplements provide are the type of results that will give you like an extra few pounds of weight and or a somewhat more defined physique, are the type of results that will allow to look good for spring break or other short term events. If you have the budget to continue to pay up a few hunrderd dollars monthly, it may seem kind of great to be able to get some decent results in a short time frame when taking weight gainers. But you should know that when you allow your body to become dependent to certain supplements it can put you in a situation where it seems you can only get more results with your body through those weight gainers. Plus, if you where to ever get hurt or something happened and you could not exercise for a while, you would most likely lose a nice portion of your hard earned muscle mass (which will turn in to fat and get burned if you have a high metabolism). Now I am not trying to say DO NOT USE weight gainers, but it would be a good idea to not believe that they are the answer to getting the body figure you desire. And if you are currently using some type of weight gainers and you are getting great results from them, I applaud you for that. But again if I were in your position I would really dissect and research what's in the supplements that are helping you to get your results, and find out the nutrition facts and chemicals used in the supplement. Now to put this information into good use I would find the foods that have the same ingredients as the weight gainer supplements and I would began consuming those foods as I gradually stop taking the supplements. By doing this you are setting yourself up to naturally create rapid a maintainable outcome to your body mass.
