You must realize that choosing Master Cleanse as your diet regimen is a correct decision. How you start it, however, must be done appropriately. You cannot just refrain from eating solid foods all of a sudden. Preparation is the key. You must allot a preparation period before you really start with Master Cleanse diet. The mind and body should respond accordingly if you have done the diet the way it should be.

Perhaps you always ate on time and in great quantity. Certainly, your body will have to adjust not eating any solid food at all. You must be able to prepare yourself and your body so that not so much hassle is experienced. Train your body to adapt to the new eating arrangement. As a matter of fact, there wouldn't be any eating of solid foods that will happen. Program your brain to survive not eating anything solid for the next ten days.

Give a week for preparation before doing the Master Cleanse. Perhaps you can prepare your body and start fasting on meat during the first two days, then do away with eating chicken and fish for the next couple of days. You can just eat fresh fruits and vegetable prior to the week of using Master Cleanse. Then when your Master Cleanse diet week begins, you shouldn't have any problem at all adjusting.

A week of not eating solid foods and taking only the Master Cleanse diet can be a challenge. You may be tired of just drinking just the diet juice and may think of giving up. Don't. A lettuce wrap or vegetable soup may be forgivable during the first two days of the diet process.

At times the carvings for food are only but a product of your imagination. The several types of hunger may be avoided if you control our mind not to crave for food. So discipline your mind in order to avoid hunger while you are under the Master Cleanse diet.
