Sensing aura layers, fields and energy is a fun way to practice with alternative types of holistic therapy and energy work. This is something you can do by yourself or with others, as I have listed a few exercises in this article for you to try!

Aura fields are the energy bubbles that exist around us. They are comprised of energy and work through and for our energy fields. They are there to keep our energy high and vibrant along with offering us an energetic cushion of protection and a sensing ability provided through our senses.

There are a total of seven aura layers that surround our bodies and energy. They start at the basic of surrounding our physical body with layer one, and they encompass each previous layer and extend outward up to twelve inches for each layer prior to the previous one.

Practicing working with your aura layers is something you can do from the very young to the very old and anyone in-between. It does not take a ton of talent, but rather being open to what comes through and experimenting with the energy that is there.

To work with sensing this on your own you can do a simple exercise at home. Sit comfortably and hold your hands in front of you about six to eight inches apart. Breathe in slowly and then exhale deeply. You will now begin to move your hands back and forth slowly and then more quickly. You will start to feel this pressure in-between them. This is your energy that you are feeling!

Working with others in a group can be a fun exercise as well. To do this, have one person blindfolded in the middle of a room. Have other people quietly walk around the person getting closer and closer until the person says Stop. The blindfolded person needs to say this when they feel that someone is near them. They take of the blindfold and see where they were. The key is to be very quiet and not move too quickly.

Another form of working with auras is also seeing them. It is using your seeing ability to sense them and their colors. To do this have a person sit in front of a white colored background. Dim the lights and focus on the area just around the person, but not the person themselves. The way to really get good at sensing with your eyes is to not shift your focus but keep working with this one area and the colors will start to appear.

Sensing aura layers is something we can all do at any time in our life. It is a way to tap into that alternative side of your life, and once you get really good at this, you can then learn more about working with your aura layers and how to interpret the information to be able to heal all of these issues and on all levels withreiki healing.
