The Greeks went a step ahead and created marble structures and monuments in the early 11th century. Today, decades later the bathroom tiles have become a necessity and also a style statement in our bathrooms. Marble flooring, ceramic tiles, concrete clay and terracotta are in great demand today. The list is never ending and new varieties in different textures and sizes are being researched upon. Your choice depends upon your liking and budget. But be sure you get the right quality.

There are innumerable shops that display tiles and you can choose the best according to your budget and liking. They come in a variety of designs and different shapes and sizes too. Previously people preferred concrete tiles and it still adorns many houses which are a decade old.

The main reason to use bathroom tiles is because the surface protects us from slipping or falling during bathing or washing. We can just broom the bathroom floor after use as the tiles are rough and prevents water from clogging. But the tiles used now are smoother now as the bathrooms have become more stylish and elegant.
