What's your favorite color choice for your wedding? Is it a hot trend color for 2009? What are the experts saying is hot for 2009? In past recent years, brides preferred soft pastels, such as green, pink and lilac, and of course white, and yes, even black. These colors were so popular, that they may just lead the way for 2009 popular wedding colors. But you also may see brighter, bolder colors on the scene as well. Most fashion experts agree that there will be many new choices for colors that are bright and even exotic! Of course for a wedding, you really don't want to go overboard, but to keep in line with the current style trends, you'll want to add a bold, bright splash of color. I'm sure you're wondering how to add bright, bold and even exotic splashes of color, without it looking too extreme? As long as you keep the bridal dress and bridesmaid and groomsmen attire more traditional and color-coordinated, everything will tie in together just fine. Then you can add the bold splash of color to your table decor, flower arrangements, and even the trim on the wedding cake. Colors that are popular for 2009 are tropical colors such as bright yellows and turquoise. If you used those colors with a tropical wedding theme, what an awesome sight that would be! You could also have wedding favor boxes decorated with blue and yellow ribbon along with color coordinated place settings. You'll also likely see orange color schemes making its way back into popularity. These oranges work well when you coordinate them with peach tones and an occasional very bright orange splash. In this case, you could use peach colored favor boxes tied with bright orange ribbons and you could include Tiger lilies in bridal bouquets. Pinks, of course are always stylish. But bold pink colors are now emerging on the wedding scene. Since 2009 is about new beginnings, why not make a statement of new beginnings with the brighter, bolder colors? As with any of the other bright colors, this will go over quite well as you follow the same technique that was mentioned previously, keeping the bridal attire traditional for the most part, then adding your splash of bright colors with the wedding decor.
