Majorca has many excellent resorts catering for every kind of holidaymaker from singles to couples and families. Majorca has excelled in the tourism trade for quite some time now and British tourists in particular flock there in their droves each and every year. Deciding which resort to visit is not an easy decision such is the quality of resort available. However, some resorts are more suited to a particular type of holidaymaker than others.

Majorca has many excellent resorts catering for every kind of holidaymaker from singles to couples and families. Majorca has excelled in the tourism trade for quite some time now and British tourists in particular flock there in their droves each and every year. Deciding which resort to visit is not an easy decision such is the quality of resort available. However, some resorts are more suited to a particular type of holidaymaker than others.

Magaluf
Quite simply, the no. 1 most visited resort in Majorca. Its bars and restaurants offer immense fun throughout the night and many travel here for that element alone. Magaluf caters to all kind of holidaymaker with a sandy white beach for those looking to relax with activities such as water sports available for those looking for some fun. It also offers excellent amenities. All in all, it is easy to see why this is the most popular of the resorts.

Palma Nova
Very popular among the stereo-typical British holidaymaker thanks to the English-style pubs. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the promenade, perhaps typical of a British seaside resort. Palma Nova, however, really comes to life in the summer with glass bottom boat trips, water sports and other activities available to have a go at. So for anyone looking for a relaxing summer holiday, this isn't the resort to visit.

Alcudia
Alcudia is a resort which caters to all kinds of holidaymaker. There is plenty to do for the active in mind such as water park fun at Hidro Park. There is also plenty of water sports available to try at the beach. For the less energetic holidaymaker, there is a wetland nature reserve to explore or the town itself boasting plenty of charming history. Night-life is showcased along the port as well as plenty of other entertainment found throughout Alcudia.

C'an Picafort
C'an Picafort is a thriving resort yet with a relaxed atmosphere suitable for both couples and families alike. The beach has plenty of water sports on offer and there is a nice choice of bars and restaurants over at the promenade.
