I have known many people who have broken up, including myself. It is one of the hardest pains to get through. But there is good news, You can get through it and survive. Read on to find out how to get over a break up and move one.

First thing, don't panic. this is important for many reasons, but the most important is that you want to make sure you don't do anything stupid. Stop thinking of camping out in front of her work to catch her or thinking that bombarding him with emails will make him return your call. It wont happen.

Second thing to do is to accept the break up for now. Now this may be a hard thing for you to do right now but it is important for you to do this. Mostly this will show your ex that you are able to be mature about the break up and that you understand there were reasons why it happened.

And the last thing you will need to do is let your ex know that you understand what happened and you accept the break up. Also let them know you want to give them some space and understand that they will need time to heal.

Once you have done this the next best thing you can do is surround yourself with the people who love you and who will help you in your troubled times. There are plenty of people who will offer you break up advice but just make sure that that advice is helpful for you right now.
