Women are simply material girls who love to receive lavish gifts. At least that's the conventional wisdom; I decided to do my own research on this maxim. My mind wandered to a tale I once heard of the hidden tomb of the great queen of gift baskets, there was a soaring yet indistinct aria filling the huge crypt and I can't help a cold chill running over my whole spine.

Legend has it that this beautiful feminine queen desires the most exotic and rarest gifts. All gifts that pass through her kingdom must receive her blessing. People would wrap the presents in luxurious cloth and present them in picnic baskets. Gifts in boxes have gone out of fashion to be replaced by gift baskets of all shape and form. I did not presume to have finally discovered what women want but gift baskets are a good start. Now I'll have to figure out what the people put in these baskets given to their queen.

Rest Every girl loves to get some pampering, no matter how brief. Nothing pampers more than spending a day at the spa. Fragrant scented oils massaged on the skin are sheer pleasure that can't be denied. It's a wonderful feeling that will last the whole day. With a warm glow on her face, why not give her a clothing voucher from her fave store? This is a perfect gift idea for special occasions. Girls want self indulgent pleasures, and they will share this experience with their girlfriends in glee.

If spending on luxurious spas is not your thing, why not plan a home spa experience? All you need are a few choice items. Give mum a facial, use aromatic candles and ready a bubble bath with bathing salts and cap the sensual assault with a bottle of fine wine. Or let her choose her own time to enjoy it by packing the items in a gift basket. Coloring salts are easy to make. Get some coarse grain salts and mix them with fragrance and color dye for a professional spa result. Arrange the salts with the scented candle and tie them up with a silky ribbon. Add a gift tag with your warmest messages.

Real relaxation is the height of pleasure and abundance. Both fulfill deep lusts. The gift must be matched to the desire for such pleasures. Thus the ideal gift evokes an immediate anticipation of its enjoyment, a rush to use it as quickly as possible. I continue my quest to find the true desired gift of every woman, in the scorching jungle.
